  • Managing and coordinating client and internal consultant teams
  • Conducting competitive analyses, product-launch and market-entry assessments
  • Assessing the strength of tangible and intangible assets
  • Performing financial modeling and valuation
  • Performing M&A-style financial analyses, due diligence and other typical deal activities
  • Architecting business operations (business process and organization design)
  • Formulating strategic initiatives for improvement
  • Formulating funding and financing strategies

Consultants own client deliverables and outcomes while continuously building client relationships. Consultants also advance the overall company knowledge base by developing new analytical approaches and mentoring ProOrbis Business Analysts. The size of the company allows employees to participate meaningfully in the management and direction of the company, while the scale of projects offers the opportunity to work on significant projects with global impact and to interact with C-level executives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, M&A, corporate development or similar environment.
  • MBA or other post-graduate degree from a top tier university (preferred).
  • Experience operating in a top tier, challenging or demanding environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and mentor junior staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing including presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, learn new concepts quickly with minimal guidance, and deal with ambiguity. 
  • Command of the Microsoft® office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proof of natural citizenship if required for clearances.
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff.
  • Ability to travel (required).
